What are the washing instructions for MMM Tees?
- Do not wash and dry at high temperatures (Hot water might crack the print).
- Machine wash preferred.
- Use mild detergent (avoid fabric softeners).
- Hang-dry for longest life.

Even though it breaks our heart to say so but no, cancellation is not possible at the moment. We will let you know when we update our cancellation policy.

Is a Cash On Delivery option available?
We do have COD option for a lot of locations. We charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs 100 extra for COD orders.
Is it safe to shop online if I make a payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and check if your internet connection wasn’t interrupted. If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, but your order has failed, don't worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, please try an alternative payment method.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
We will take 5-8 working days to deliver orders. If your order is finished on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the following working day.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order or any issue with the courier service, you will receive an update from us.
Please note that due to the prevailing situation (lockdown and restrictions) processing timelines are anywhere between 9-10 days. We are trying our best to get your orders to you ASAP. Thank you for understanding!
How can I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched, the tracking ID will be provided to you.
You can track your package in just one click. Once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via e-mail/ SMS.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we do charge Rs 50 for standard Shipping and Rs 100 for COD orders.
Do you ship international orders?
Currently MMM doesn’t ship internationally but we promise to bring you our products across the oceans soon enough.

“I have not received an order confirmation”.
Don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation via email soon. If you don't receive a confirmation even after 24 hours of placing the order, please email us with your order details at email@example.com.
“My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it”.
Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf. If your address is a residential address, please check with your neighbor/security guard. If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception. If you think that isn’t the case, please reach out to us!
“I want to change my delivery address or phone number”.
If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address. However, if you email us with your order details before shipping - we can update your shipping address.
“I wasn't available at the time of delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?”.
Please share the Order ID no to firstname.lastname@example.org & we can reship your order back to you with an additional shipping charge of RS.50.
